Women in Ministry funded and organised a conference in 2013 for Seventh-day Adventist women pastors in Papua New Guinea and co-funded and co-organised with Avondale College of Higher Education a celebration in 2015 of the role of women in ministry.

Fund the addition of women lecturers to the Discipline of Theology at Avondale College of Higher Education.

Women in Ministry funded the employment of Dr Drene Somasundram and Dr Kendra Haloviak Valentine and, in a cooperative partnership with Avondale College of Higher Education and the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific, sponsored the doctoral study of Dr Wendy Jackson to expand the diversity of the discipline and to offer a ministry role model to students.
