This conference is to be held at Avondale 18 - 22 January 2009. It is an in-house discussion among Adventist leaders and laity and as such admittance to all meetings is restricted to members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church who have registered.
This conference has been designed to provide a forum where open, honest discussion can take place. The format includes presentations and responses from a panel alongside questions and comments from those who attend. Because of the sensitive nature of many of the subjects every effort is being made to allow many various and varying opinions to be expressed.
Topics to be presented will include:
- Who was the real Mohammed?
- The Koran and the Bible
- Shari law and Western Democracy
- Women in Islam
- Adventist Islamic Relationships
- Islam and Adventist End Time Thinking
- Relating to Muslim neighbours
Due to venue size and dormitory limitations the numbers of those who can participate is limited. We would encourage all who are interested to take advantage of our early bird prices. Ask about our special discounts being offered to students, seniors and married couples who attend.
