Avondale Brass Band and senior lecturer in music Dr Robb Dennis (tenor) will perform at the dawn service, before drum major and dean of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics Dr Lynden Rogers leads the band on the 10 am march from the railway station to the country club. The band will then perform at the memorial service, where it will accompany Robb as he leads the singing of the national anthem and hymns.
