CAMPUS: CAR PARKING
Students living off campus: Park in the so-called "lone palm" car park immediately to your left as you drive through boom gate one. You must park in this area as Avondale College has designated all other car parks for staff members and visitors (and there are fines for those without a staff parking permit). Your new student ID card will activate the gate. Until you have your new card, you will need to push the button next to the gate, which will connect you with the college receptionist. They will give you access once you tell them you are a Winter School student.
Students living on campus: Park in the residence car parks. You must park in these areas as Avondale College has designated all other car parks for staff members and visitors (and there are fines for those without a staff parking permit). Your card will activate the boom gates.
CAMPUS: GATEBOX
You must pass through a gatebox to enter Avondale College. The boom gate on this gatebox will be open during the day but will close at 6 pm. Use your student card to identify yourself so the security officer can open the gate for you.

Avondale College will be taking your photograph for the Jacaranda yearbook. The college will also be taking photographs of graduating students. The venue for these photographs is in graphic designer Ann Stafford's office on the bottom floor of Avondale Library. The dates and times are as follows:

ID CARD
New students must get a new ID card from Student Services on arrival. The card will give you access to the following facilities: cafeteria; car park; library; residences.
