The Avondale Student and Faculty Association announced its new officers for 2008 during assembly today (October 30).
Imogen Menzies, a second-year Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business student majoring in communication and marketing, is the new president. She has served as a columnist for the student magazine, The voice, this year and is a former member of the ACTS II drama club and of the Student Activities Committee. "I have an open mind, I am eager to listen and I am willing to explore things honestly," she says. "Truth is important to me."
The members of Imogen's team are:

Under the terms of a new constitution, Avondale Nursing Student Association officers will continue serving until second semester 2008, unless the officers graduate.
