AC316 :: BUSINESS SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS

Description

This subject investigates methods of utilising the computer to perform accounting and other business functions. The accounting functions are addressed using the Premier MYOB accounting package. Management decision-making is addressed using the advanced functions of Microsoft Excel including Macros What-if-analysis Goal seeker Solver and Pivot Tables. Students are challenged to analyse the potential of using the computer in a systems approach developing new and innovative solutions to business problems.
