CE240 :: INTEGRATED & EMERGENT CURRIC. - PDHPE



Description


This subject will present the early childhood curriculum as an Integrated and Emergent Curriculum. However there will be a special focus on the theory and practice of early childhood PDHPE. The impact of developmental stages (0–2 3–5 and 5–8 year olds) on learning in this subject will be emphasised and applied during in-semester teaching and observations. Teaching and evaluation strategies will be discussed to enable students to plan individual and group PDHPE experiences.
