This subject examines the issues theory and practice of management in early childhood contexts. It will cover the initiation and implementation of change. This subject will also investigate impacts of government policy guidelines and regulations on early childhood and the professional considerations that they engender ie accreditation curriculum framework document child protection and risk assessment.
