Description


This subject focuses on advanced curriculum and administration skills relevant to the teaching of music in secondary schools. There is a continuing emphasis placed on planning teaching strategies multi-cultural diversity teaching resources and the administration of choral and/or orchestra and/or concert band programs. The subject also includes discussion of concert organisation interaction with parents and administration and advanced use of technology in music education.
