Description
This subject deals with the styles and practice of leadership communication and interpersonal skills and conflict resolution. Ethics and ethical relationships will be included in this subject. The notion of partnership with parents in early childhood services will be discussed. The role of the leader as an advocate for children families and professionals will also be explored. The political aspects of leadership will also be dealt with in this subject.
