HP143 :: FITNESS AND FOOD FOR HEALTH



Description


This subject introduces students to the role of exercise and nutrition in the promotion of health. Emphasis is placed upon students experiencing firsthand the benefits of physical activity and a variety of training modes used to develop the fitness components are explored. Students undergo a personal training program and dietary analysis as well as learn how to assess the various fitness parameters.
