Marketing Services is responsible for the Enquiry Centre and student recruitment activities, scholarships, advertising, web site, and marketing research.

The Enquiry Centre

The Enquiry Centre is a centralised information service for new enquirers who call, email, write or visit the campus. The Centre employs trained advisors who are able to provide details of courses, scholarships and financial information. Telemarketers and interns from the current student body are employed part-time to assist with follow up and to provide a students perspective to prospective students.

The Marketing Services office is located downstairs in Bethel Hall in the center of the Lake Macquarie Campus.

8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday
8:30am-3:00pm on Fridays
