SECTION 2: OUTLINE THE REASONS

Explain the reasons for your poor results, referencing your most recent study where possible. List the circumstances which led to your result and explain how these circumstances directly impacted your studies. E.g., if you were sick, how did it affect your ability to study effectively.
Provide information about these circumstances' severity, timing, and duration and refer to any supporting documentation. *
