Off Campus Rental Accommodation

All off campus accommodation is handled by local real estate agents. It is the responsibility of the student to secure their own off campus accommodation if it is required.

A number of non-furnished units are available for students who are studying 10 or more credit points of an approved Avondale degree, diploma, or certificate course in any semester. The units are designed for young married couples without children, parents of one or two very young children, or single parents with one or two small children. These units are managed by First National Real Estate, Cooranbong.
