On Campus Married Student Units

College View Married Student Village comprises 36 unfurnished two bedroom units/apartments, with carport and storage area. Each unit is fully self-contained, having two bedrooms, a lounge room/living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and carport. For 2003 the units are priced at A/week.

Application



To apply for a unit, a Student Housing Application and a Residential Tenancy Application need to be filled out.

Submitting these forms does not guarantee you a unit, but places your name on a waiting list. Units are allocated according to the date First National receives your application. Once a unit becomes available, the next person on the list is offered the unit. Units will generally be available for occupancy at February 1 each year.

It is recommended that this application be lodged at least one year in advance from when the unit is required.

All applications are processed by the external real estate agency First National Real Estate.
