On-Campus Student Family Units

College View Residences comprises 36 unfurnished two bedroom units/apartments, with carport and storage area. Each unit is fully self-contained, having two bedrooms, a lounge room/living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and carport.

Application


To apply for a unit, a Student Housing Application needs to be filled out. Download Avondale College View Residence Applcation.

Submitting this form does not guarantee you a unit, but places your name on a waiting list. Once a unit becomes available the applicant will be sent a Residential Tenancy Application. Units are allocated according to an approval process. Units will generally be available for occupancy at February 1 each year.

It is recommended that this application be lodged at least one year in advance from when the unit is required.
