Australia and New Zealand
The academic criteria for admission to bachelor degree courses for residents of Australia or New Zealand are based on satisfactory completion of Year 12 or Form 7 (New Zealand) with baseline entry scores as follows:

Other Countries
Applicants for bachelor degrees, from other countries will have their qualifications assessed by the Academic Registrar. Applicants from a country where English is not the first language must demonstrate proficiency in English in one of the following ways:
- Provide documentary evidence that secondary schooling was conducted in an English medium, AND evidence of a satisfactory pass in English in a British O-level examination or local equivalent.
- Obtain an overall IELTS score of 6.5 or better with no individual band score less than 6.0 (post 1987).
- For applicants from a small number of nominated countries, a TOEFL score of 580 or better (or 237 on the computer based TOEFL) AND a minimum score of 5 in the Test of Written English.
International applicants are required to satisfy Australian Government student visa requirements.
