To apply for study in an undergraduate course at Avondale, please complete the following steps:
Step 1 - Choose Your Course of study
Our website has information on various courses. You can explore at www.avondale.edu.au/courses Simply select Search and for a list of all available courses leave the search field blank. Once you have chosen your course, visit our handbook where further details are provided.
Step 2 - Apply for study
Avondale accepts applications throughout the year for S1 commences Feb/March and S2 commences August.
Once you have chosen your course of study and decide to attend Avondale College of Higher Education, you will need to complete your application form either online or by paper form.
For online application, click on:
Select New Application and then Create New Account. Once you have created your account, you will be sent an email that will contain both your Applicant ID and password to enable you to login and continue with your application.
Online application facilities are limited to citizens from various countries.
To apply by paper form, you can go to www.avondale.edu.au/application and print an application form. Please complete your form and return it to us together with a certified copy of your highest academic achievement.

In order to process your application, we will need to receive a certified copy of your highest level of academic transcript.
Your documents will need to be certified. To do this, take a photocopy of your original transcript and take both the original and copy to have the photocopy certified. This can be carried out by a Justice of the Peace, Accountant, Bank Manager, Clergy, Barrister, Police Officer or School Principal. The certification should include a statement such as "This is a true copy of the document sighted by me" and include the name and address, contact phone number, profession or occupation of the person who certifies the documentation and date signed.
Step 4 - Include your academic documents with your application
If applying online, you can upload your certified documents to your application at the time you apply. If you apply by paper, please include your certified documents together with your application and send to:

Once we receive your application together with your certified academic documents, an outcome will be forwarded to you and you will be notified by both email and SMS.
Additional Information
If you are an Australian HSC leaver applying for study at Avondale College of Higher Education will be considered on the basis of your academic ATAR/OP or equivalent, together with your Statement of Results sheet. Avondale is not linked with UAC and therefore you will need to forward copies of these to us.
Some courses may require additional entry requirements such as an audition or interview (you will be notified accordingly if required.)
