Each indoor student has their own private mail box where their mail will be delivered daily. Incoming mail for day students is distributed in the mail boxes in the Student Centre. At the Lake Macquarie campus, stamps and postal supplies may be purchased at the College Bookshop and outgoing mail posted at the Telephonist's office in the White Building (administration building).

There are also local post offices at both Cooranbong and Morisset.
