New Zealand Students
Travel to Australia takes around 4 hours 20 minutes. Student fares are available through organisations such as STA Travel. STA have branches world wide and using their International Student Identity Card you may be able to pick up lower priced fares.
Upon arrival in Sydney, students are met at the international airport and after a brief tour of downtown Sydney and a meal, a student host takes them to the Lake Macquarie campus. This is a free service to those first year international students who advise the Admissions Section of their anticipated arrival date and time. Passports and Student Visas
New Zealand students do not require a student visa but must have a passport to travel to Australia.
