Fee Payments

Australian and New Zealand Full Fee-paying Students

50% deposit by registration date. 50% split into 3-monthly installments.

International Students



International students, other than residents of New Zealand, USA and Canada, are accepted on a full fee-paying basis and must pay each semester’s fees in advance.

All Students



Students may also pay their fees through the Cashier on the Lake Macquarie Campus.

Payments may also be made by one of the following methods:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Bankcard (Australia and New Zealand only)
  • EFTPOS (Australia only - personal daily withdrawal limits apply)
  • Bank Cheque
  • Personal Cheque
  • Money Order
  • Cash (Australian currency only)


EFTPOS facilities are available at the Lake Macquarie Campus Cashier.

An ATM for cash withdrawals is available 8am until midnight. This will allow access to funds by domestic and international students with appropriate accounts. Maximum withdrawal is $200 per day.

The Cashier operates as an agency for the Commonwealth Bank. Deposits and withdrawals may be made using Cheque, Savings and Passbook Accounts with this bank.

Nursing students on the Sydney campus pay tuition and facility fees to Avondale College. Fees for accommodation are paid to Sydney Adventist Hospital.

Financial Clearance



Australian and New Zealand Students


To complete financial clearance the appropriate deposit should be paid to the College Cashier (50% of the semester fees).

International Students


Payment in full is to be made at the commencement of each semester except for residents of New Zealand, USA and Canada.

All Students


Each semester’s fees must be paid in full before students can commence the following semester. Payment received will be applied to an existing debt before being applied to a deposit for the new semester.
