Administrative Structure
The President is the chief executive officer of the institution, assisted by the Vice President (Administration and Research), the Vice President (Learning and Teaching), the Vice President (Finance), the Director of Student Services, and the Director of Advancement and Marketing. The administration is responsible for the management and operation of the institution in accordance with Council policies and directives.

Academic Structure
The Avondale Academic Board has ultimate responsibility for the academic program. Within the institution the Academic Board is responsible for academic policy and for the planning, development and operation of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
