Gwen Wilkinson - Academic Registrar

Dr Gwen Wilkinson became involved with Callista when she was appointed Academic Registrar in January 2008. She contributes both business processing advice and acts as a primary point of contact for the Academic Office, whose core administrative processes and data management will be revolutionised when Callista goes live in October.
Sharon Turner - Enquiry & Enrolment Team Leader

Sharon has had casual involvement with Project Connect from the beginning to ensure Callista meets the needs and flows of the Enquiry & Enrolment Centre (EEC). Aiming to provide efficient and professional customer service, Sharon says 'Callista will make the process of enrolling a new student more positive, easier, friendlier and more customer service focused. It will also eliminate many of our manual handling of files and documents, which in turn will increase efficiency and accuracy.' The EEC will be the first to go live with Callista in October.
Michelle Astleford - Student Finance

Michelle has been involved in Project Connect since September 2007 with the configuration of data for finance processes, development of new business processes, and documents for student and non-student reports. 'Callista will make processing fees and adjustments a lot less manual and more efficient,' she says. 'It will provide a fresh approach and a new way of thinking for students and staff in the delivery of information, while also giving us more flexibility.'
Chris Thiele - Statistics & Government Reporting

Chris has helped set up the Security and Statistics subsystems in Callista. He also participates in quality testing for the migration of the student data from our current Student Record System (SRS) to the new system. 'I report to the government,' he says. 'The internal validations that Callista has will make the preparation of those files much smoother.'
