Having worked with the Project Connect team since May, Trudy is the Project's writer who communicates information about the new system to staff and students both in Connections and on the web, while using her background in the Enquiry & Enrolment Centre to test/edit correspondence letters to applicants. 'I am also currently editing procedures to be used across Avondale when Callista goes live,' she says. 'Basically, where two or three words are gathered, I'm there to try and ensure they are as concise, friendly and professional as possible.'
