Project Management Team
(Eldon Rosenberg, Dr Gwen Wilkinson, Dr Malcolm Coulson, Rose Howson (Project Manager) & Paul Lewis)
Mike Estcourt - Supplier Project Manager
Mike is responsible for all Callista Consultants working on Project Connect. He assigns Callista resources as required and requested, manages the implementation budget, provides the Project Manager (Rose Howson) with a monthly report of activities and is an active member of the implementation and project management team.
Eldon Rosenberg - IT Team Leader
As the longest serving IT Services staff member and the maintainer of Avondale's current Student Record System, Eldon works as the IT Team Leader on the Project Management Team and on the Technical Team. 'Data migration has been my main contribution,' he says, adding that Callista will free Avondale's developers up to make contributions to the record system rather than just maintain it. Eldon's range of responsibilities includes managing the day to day technical direction of the project and creating appropriate testing plans.
Gwen Wilkinson/Paul Lewis - Business Process Team Leaders
As Academic Registrar, Dr Gwen Wilkinson is not only a primary point of contact between Callista and the Academic Office, but she also works with Paul Lewis to manage the business processes of the project. Together they oversee documentation, provide advice on both Avondale's business processes and data migration issues, and identify incompatibilities between Avondale's existing processes and the new system.
Paul Lewis - Business Analyst/Training and Documentation
Paul Lewis is the Business Analyst of Connect, responsible for ensuring that Avondale's staff and student needs are met by the new administrative system. He has prepared user guides, training materials and a plan for testing various parts of the system. 'I have explored most of the Callista system in detail and written test cases that confirm the system is going to satisfy our business requirements,' he says. 'Once it is up, I will manage the day-to-day operations of the system and provide business level support for its users.'
Malcolm Coulson - Change Manager
