Eldon Rosenberg

As the longest serving IT Services staff member and the maintainer of Avondale's current Student Record System, Eldon works as the IT Team Leader on the Project Management Team and on the Technical Team. 'Data migration has been my main contribution,' he says, adding that Callista will free Avondale's developers up to make contributions to the record system rather than just maintain it. Eldon's range of responsibilities includes managing the day to day technical direction of the project and creating appropriate testing plans.

Ben Reuter

Ben's main involvement in Project Connect is designing and implementing interfaces to external systems, development and assisting with data migration from the old system to the new. 'I believe Callista is a catalyst for a new way of working which is more informed, more accurate, more efficient, more accountable and more responsible,' he says. 'The major impact of Callista on staff and students will be the accessibility of information - in many cases information will be able to be updated on the spot.'

Bevan Hendricks

Bevan has been involved in the analysis and development side of Callista and believes that it will streamline many of the known and general administrative and academic business functions at Avondale: 'in the long run I believe Callista can become a core, integrated process platform that could potentially create a seamless conduit between business, academic and other functions on the campuses.'

Brian Greentree

Brian's main involvement with Project Connect has been with the web interfaces and the CONNECT Portals that staff and students will use to access course and personal information. 'I'm new to the project, so I have only been involved in the recent web development,' he says. 'The system will be able to manage the flow of academic information to web portals more efficiently, and therefore provide users with more accurate information.'
