OLT Awards & Grants
The Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) is dedicated to improving the student learning experience by supporting quality teaching and practice with an annual budget of approximately $27 million.
The OLT offers grants, awards, fellowships and a broad range of resources. Grants and fellowships are open to all staff. Awards include a program that is open to Teaching and Research staff, and two programs open to all staff. Staff can also access resources through the Learning Networks and Special Initiative schemes.
Staff who engage with OLT programs will not only be able to receive recognition and reward for their contribution to student learning, but will also be increasing opportunities for career enhancement.
Applicants for OLT grants, awards and fellowships must liaise with the Office of the Vice-President (Learning & Teaching) throughout the application process and work to Avondale's internal submission deadlines. The Office of the Vice-President (Learning and Teaching) will submit your application to the OLT following endorsement of your application by an internal assessment panel and the Vice-President (Learning & Teaching).
