Installing EndNote
I have installed EndNote but the icon has not appeared in Word
In Word, I only see the EndNote Web tools. How do I get the EndNote desktop tools to appear?
I had the EndNote tools in Word, but they are now missing. How can I get them back?
Should I uninstall my old version of EndNote before installing the new version?

If EndNote will not install:
  • Check that no Windows program (such as Word, Outlook etc) is open
  • You may need to uninstall previous versions of EndNote from your computer
  • Make sure you are installing the correct version of EndNote
  • You may need to temporarily disable any virus checking software you have running


    • Citations
    Citations do not appear but the reference list is there. Where are my citations?
    My citations seem to have all shifted and are in the wrong place in my document.
    How do I place footnotes into my paper?
    Citations look like this {Harrison, 2005 #22} How can I change this?
    When I try to add page numbers using CWYW the page numbers will not appear.
