If necessary, a reference inquiry service is available to assist distance students with their research, however you are encouraged to attempt your own research first using Primo as a starting point.When requested, the library will do a more comprehensive search of its databases for material to help you with your assignments.
The result of such searches will be a list of citations.
From this list you will be able to request books and photocopies of articles.
To request such a search you will need to fill in, as precisely as possible, the Subject Search Request form Please choose your keywords carefully. The library will send you what you ask for; we will not interpret the question for you.
Please indicate on the Subject Search Request form whether you wish the library to confine the list of citations to material available in the Avondale College Library or whether you would like to use the list to access the resources held in other libraries.
The library reserves the right to limit the number of such searches to 3 per unit.
