PQDT Open is an online repository of dissertations and theses published on an open access basis. The full text in PDF format of each open access graduate work is available to any researcher for free. The authors themselves have opted to publish their dissertation or thesis as open access. Open Access publishing is a new service offered by UMI Dissertation Publishing, and we expect the volume of open access works to grow over time. Until the volume of open access graduate works requires it, we will provide a simple list of those works on this page. Eventually, ProQuest will develop a searchable repository of open access graduate works.
