About: | Robyn lectures in food science and textile technology, nutrition and health promotion. She completed a PhD(Medicine) at the University of Newcastle. Her thesis was entitled 'Volunteers in Community Nutrition Education: An Australian Perspective'. A large part of the research involved survey of all Vegetarian Cooking Instructors and Vegetarian Cooking Demonstrators in Australia and New Zealand and the evaluation of four case study Vegetarian Cooking Programs in New South Wales. |
