About: Daniel has been at Avondale since 1992, and is now an Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Theology, teaching history. His varied work includes many articles in popular journals, marketing consultancies, radio and television interviews, public lectures in schools, churches and community groups, three albums of original music, and scripts for a number of documentaries.
In 2009 he was awarded an Australian Learning and Teaching Council citation for outstanding contribution to student learning.
