College Offers Student Missionary Outreach Service (COSMOS)

COSMOS offers students opportunities to help others. This year COSMOS has promised to raise money to sponsor a school in Sikkim, India. COSMOS has raised this money through a number of events: the official "COSMOS week", selling delicious Indian food, the annual walkathon, and auctions.

COSMOS members include students and staff of Avondale College, as well as community members in Cooranbong. It was founded by Charles Pointon, who is still an active member and treasurer of the club.
