College Offers Student Missionary Outreach Service (COSMOS)

COSMOS offers students opportunities to help others.

COSMOS is the Greek word for 'World' - which is essentially the focus of the student led charity. Members of COSMOS are dedicated to finding opportunities to help disadvantaged communities all over the world realize their potential, and achieve a better standard of living.

COSMOS members include students and staff of Avondale College, as well as community members in Cooranbong. Until his recent passing, Charles Pointon (the founder of COSMOS) was an active member and treasurer of the club.
