This department cares for all aspects of student life on campus. With the assistance of students, Student Services staff plan a wide variety of social and religious programs, international student activities, and sporting events. The department also organizes student transport, and cares for the student associations ASA and ANSA.

The Student Services office is in College Hall along with the Chaplain's office and Student Centre. The Student Centre has a TV lounge, pool table, table tennis table, and canteen, as well as mail-boxes for day students.

Sign-up Book


Students sign-up for various events or activities in the Sign-up book at the counter in the Student Services office. It contains the following:
    • Sign-up Sheets (e.g. Shopping Trips)


Train Concessions

Train concessions are available from the Student Services office.
Some students (e.g. Overseas students) may not be eligible for a train concession.
Note: International students can apply for an International
Student Identification Card which will enable them to receive train concessions.

Student Fax Services


Student Services has a Fax available for student use. Any Fax sent to the attention of a student will be put in the student's mail box without charge. Students wishing to send Faxes are also welcome to use the Fax machine, but there is an initial fee for the first page and a small charge for the following pages. Check with Student Services to obtain current rates for local and international Faxes.
