For specific projects, Avondale University pledges to use all donations toward the projects that have been outlined. In the case of general donations, these finds will be given to the area of greatest need.

If you would like to create a new project or campaign or donate to a specific area, contact a member of our Alumni and Philanthropy Enquiries team to discuss your giving options. Please note that these gifts may not be tax-deductible.

How do I donate online?

Make a donation to our priority project through our secure website. For gifts associated with the Alumni Memorial Prayer Garden, you can make purchases through the Avondale online store.

What does Avondale do with my information?

Avondale keeps all donor information confidential unless the donor has requested otherwise. When giving to Avondale, donors can indicate on their Donation Form whether they consent to Avondale publicly acknowledging their donation or gift. Avondale does not share personal information about donors to third parties. Avondale complies with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and the Australian Vice-Chancellors Committee Code of Practice for Australian University Philanthropy.

How will Avondale recognise my donation or gift?

Donors who give more than $1000 a year to Avondale are eligible to appear in Avondale's Annual Report and on our website. Your name will not be released unless you give us permission.

How do I give a gift to a specific department or cause?

If you would like to give to a specific program or begin a new project outside of Avondale's annual appeal or priority projects, this may be possible. To discuss this, contact a member of our Alumni and Philanthropy Enquiries team.

Is my gift tax-deductible?

Avondale has deductible gift recipient status, which means that the Australian Taxation Office will accept receipts for donations over $2. Donations to Avondale are not subject to GST.
