Avondale's Student Services team supports all aspects of the student experience.
Student Services is located on the Lake Macquarie campus in lower College Hall. The Director of Student Services also makes regular trips to the Sydney campus.

San Cafe
The San Cafe offers contemporary vegetarian cuisine in a self-serve, buffet style, pay-as-you-go setting. The San Cafe is open throughout the day for hot and cold beverages, fresh fruit, sandwiches, cakes, pastries and confectionery items. Hot food and salad bar options are available during designated hours listed below.Opening hours:

San Snax
The San Snax Snack Bar offers a variety of tasty vegetarian snacks including sandwiches and wraps, pies, cakes and pastries, and confectionary items, as well as cold and hot beverages. Food and beverages are also available to take away. San Snax is a major fundraising venture by the Help Team Volunteers with proceeds going towards buying medical equipment for the benefit of Hospital patients.Opening hours:

Relish Cafe
This gourmet cafe offers a range of tasty dishes, fine coffee and beverages. Patrons can dine at a table inside or on the balcony overlooking the adjoining bushland, or choose takeaway.Opening hours:

Bank services at Avondale
An ATM is available in the foyer of the Sydney Adventist Hospital. All major bank providers have branches close to campus, as follows:Wahroonga

Postal Services
All residential students have their own private mail box, with mail delivered Monday to Friday into the alphabetic post boxes in the common lounge room behind Residence reception. Incoming mail for day students is distributed in the day student mail boxes located in Student Common Room in the Faculty of Nursing and Health.
On Avondale's Sydney campus, pre-stamped outgoing mail can be posted at the Residence Reception desk at the entrance foyer or in the Postal Box on Fox Valley Road. An Australia Post outlet is also located two kilometres from the hospital in Wahroonga, for any additional postal needs.
