Causes, consequences, treatment and research of tobacco smoking, vaping, nicotine addiction and appropriate evidence based smoking and vaping cessation techniques in practical application. Our aim is to improve the implementation and evaluation of interventions.
Attendees receive a course certificate on completion of the 3-day program. This course contributes to an APSAD (Australasian Professional Society for Alcohol and Other Drugs) credential to apply for Tobacco Treatment Specialist status.
Hosted by Professor Renee Bittoun, you will be taught by her, along with other experts in the field of nicotine addiction, vaping and smoking cessation. Our teaching faculty has many years of experience in clinical practice and professional training regarding smoking cessation.
