Accommodation: FREE
All residential Catalyst participants receive accommodation fully sponsored by the South Pacific Division. This sponsorship is equal to the value of $2,202.20.
Incidentals:
Please budget for additional expenses including meals while out on local church placement, additional meals from 7@Avondale, personal items (toiletries, medications, laundry needs etc.) We recommend you have approx. $1,500 in savings to help you with additional personal expenses over the 12 weeks. You will be able to access free breakfast at the Catalyst hub each weekday and there is opportunity to access discounted grocery items while engaging in community service.
NOTE: The above costs total $3,539.00 per participant but when the room bond is refunded to each participant at the end of Catalyst if the room is left in good condition, the out-of-pocket costs are $2,739 for the 12-week program.
