The grant was for funding to ETM Perspectives and the Avondale Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching to (a) assess the current demographic, health, employment and educational situation of the members of the Dieri Aboriginal Corporation (DAC); (b) determine the current financial status of the DAC; and (c) create a development plan that incorporates management, company structure and communications that allows the aims and objectives of the DAC to be realised. The grant culminated in the submission of the report: A sense of place and purpose: Review of the Dieri Aboriginal Corporation. A confidential report to the Steering Committee of he Dieri Aboriginal Corporation.
