Reporting Your Publications

Submitting Your Research to Avondale Research Repository

We are excited to support you in sharing your research through the Avondale Research Repository! As we work on the full integration with our new research management system, submitting your research is simple. Please follow these steps to report your research outputs for inclusion in the repository.

Submission Process

To share your work, please email the following information to [email protected]

  1. Publisher Compliant Version of Your Research Publication
Attach either the Version of Record (VoR) or the Author Accepted Manuscript (AAM) of your work, in accordance with publisher policies. This may include journal articles, book chapters, or other research outputs.
  2. Field of Research (FoR) Code(s)
Provide up to three group (4-digit) FoR codes that best describe your research. Six-digit codes are not needed. An easy-to-use listing of the current 2020 FoR codes can be found on the Avondale website
  3. Field of Education (FoE) Code
Include the FoE code that most accurately represents the educational focus of your research. An easy-to-use listing of the FoE codes can be found on the Avondale website.
  4. Evidence of Peer Review
If available, submit evidence of the peer review process your work has undergone. What constitutes acceptable evidence can be found on the Avondale website
  5. Abstract
Submit an abstract that clearly summarises the key points of your research. This helps repository users understand and engage with your work.
  6. Keywords
Include a list of keywords relevant to your research. Keywords enhance searchability and increase the visibility of your work within the repository.
  7. Copyright and Licensing
Provide appropriate copyright and licensing information for your research output.
