Mark your calendars—on Saturday night, 30 August, the Lake Macquarie campus will light up for the Illumin8 Challenge! This one-of-a-kind night-time event, an initiative of ACE Lab, is all about building resilience, promoting wellbeing, and strengthening community connections—while raising funds for a life-changing cause.
Participants will tackle up to eight laps of a 5.25 km course, glowing with vibrant lights and buzzing with energy. Whether you choose to stroll a single lap or push yourself to run all eight, the challenge is completely yours to choose.
This year’s event will again support Eyes for India, which provides cataract surgeries to restore sight for people living in poverty. Thanks to last year’s efforts, $20,000 was raised—transforming the lives of hundreds. With your help, we can make an even greater impact in 2025.
