Lifestyle Research Centre

Established in 2013, the Lifestyle Research Centre seeks to foster multidisciplinary research relating to lifestyle, health and wellbeing.

The Centre brings together academics from the various faculties at Avondale College of Higher Education, as well as collaborating researchers from other Australian and International institutions. Together, these researchers investigate the role of positive lifestyle in the promotion of health and wellbeing. The Lifestyle Research Centre aims to produce world-leading research in the area of health and lifestyle medicine.

In addition to research, the Centre offers postgraduate courses in Lifestyle Medicine (Graduate Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine and Graduate Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine).
