Accommodation Options

We have guest rooms available for short term stay for individuals who wish to stay and visit the area. There are three premium guest rooms with private ensuite and 3 twin guest rooms that share bathrooms. There are other guestrooms available as well as dormitory style rooms available. Venues for Hire

Chan Shun Auditorium

The Chan Shun Auditorium is our largest venue that can be used for sporting events (including indoor soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, netball etc) as well as conventions, conferences, concerts, and events involving special guests. Package deals can be negotiated.

Avondale has 15 large classrooms which would fit around 25+ people and 10 small >25 people that can be used for meetings, presentations and other conference related events. Each room is fitted with projection and presentation abilities so you can bring your computer and plug in. We have selected rooms that have zoom capabilities.

Ella Hughes Chapel

Is one of our most popular spaces that can seat 250 people in a comfortable theatre set up; we can adapt this space to suit your conference needs. Other configurations can include round tables for a special dinner or group activities. This space has a stage with audio and visual capabilities for hire.

Catalyst Room

Comfortable space located opposite P1 parking with external access, this room can comfortably fit 50 people or more standing. Carpeted space can be multi use for smaller conference meetings, workshops, and presentations with zoom capabilities.

University Church

Avondale University Church is one of our most stunning venues that can seat approx 850 people. It can be hired out for large conferences and events requiring lots of space. Multiple spaces within the church can also be separately hired.
