*TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Only students new to Avondale in Semester 1, 2024, and studying an undergraduate degree.
- Places are limited and are on the basis of whoever first accepts an offer (this comes first) and then applies for accommodation.
- Students will be expected to study full-time (at least three units of study per semester).
- This offer applies for the first three semesters of study if students maintain good academic standing by passing at least half of the units in which they are enrolled in the previous semester to continue receiving free accommodation in semesters two and three.
- Students need to maintain good academic progress and attend classes face-to-face.
- Students may be placed in room-share.
- A refundable bond is payable on entry into the dormitories.
- Students must purchase a meal plan.
- Offer is available to eligible Australian and New Zealand students.
