What impact, if any, do the weekly tutorial discussions and feedback have on ITE students’ learning? 3. What potential learning and skill development does the ITE student experience while designing, managing, supporting, assessing and reporting reading for a primary student?

This project aims to address some of the challenges surrounding higher education assessment by seeking out strategies that enhance human connections for both teachers and students engaged in assessment in universities. While there is an increasing trend in online education to conduct research on how to connect students and teachers in higher education, this research has not always extended to the realms of assessment. To determine how the process of assessment can incorporate more processes that enhance human connections, our research aims to gather data about how to humanise assessment processes from the perspective of the experts, students and teachers.
