Dr Jean Carter is the Head of the School of Education and Science at Avondale University. She has worked, supervised and presented in the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education sectors as a teacher, administrator and supervisor. Jean has worked in Australia and New Zealand. Her area of interests are in school improvement and primary curriculum development and delivery.
