Isabelle Millien is the Principal of Prescott College Southern in Adelaide and a PhD researcher at Avondale University. Her research focuses on women in leadership, examining whether bias exists in the employment of male and female principals within the Adventist education system. She hopes to gather system-wide data to develop a more accurate understanding of leadership trends and, if disparities are present, to explore how personal stories can inform meaningful change. Her work is influenced by her own experiences navigating the glass ceiling and the impact of motherhood on leadership opportunities.
