Prepare for Graduation: Step 1

Eligibility

Am I eligible to graduate?

University Graduands need to log in to Student Connect and check that they have access to the Graduation Invitation Page. If yes, please proceed to the following steps:

1. If you are not listed as a potential graduand and you believe you should be, contact the Student Administration Services urgently.
2. Respond to each item, including:
   • confirming whether you will attend the graduation ceremony or graduate in absentia
   • giving phonetic pronunciation of your name if necessary
   • identifying special requirements for guests (e.g. wheelchair access)
3. The invitation must be completed no later than November 10, 2026. You MUST indicate either Attending or In Absentia to your attendance.

VET Graduands need to complete their graduation invitation from here. Please proceed to the following steps:

1. Respond to each question, including:
   • Confirmation whether you will attend the graduation ceremony or graduate in absentia
   • Giving phonetic pronunciation of your name if necessary
   • Identify special requirements for guest (e.g wheelchair access)
2. The invitation must be competed no later than November 10, 2026. You MUST indicate either indicate Attending or In Absentia in your attendance invitation.
