Locked out of your account?

Entering an incorrect password 3 times will lock you out of your account for 15 minutes. This is a safeguard to reduce unauthorised users accessing your account. Please try again after the lockout period.
Things to be aware of:

  • If you use a password manager, Mac Keychain or a browswer autofill remember to update it to reflect your newly reset password.
  • If you have logged into multiple computers and did not log out, you may experience a computer lockout after a password reset. Try restarting your computer along with any computers that you may have logged onto.
  • Ensure you update your password on any devices if you are accessing the Wifi on-campus.

If you are still unable to login and are unable to request a password reset, contact Tech Services on +61 2 4980 2111
